Welcome to the World Arena and Pikes Peak Center Group Sales ticketing system!

As a member of the Colorado Springs Gay Chamber you are now eligible for discounted tickets to certain events at the World Arena and Pikes Peak Center! Here’s how the program works: there is an online ticketing system on the World Arena’s website - by using the established user name and password you can log on and buy discounted tickets to certain shows. As a group member you get to purchase your tickets well before the public does and you also get preferred seating at the discounted rate. The normal discount ranges from 10 - 20 percent off each ticket.

Here are directions on how to use the on-line system:

Log-on to www.worldarena.com/group_sales (note the underscore between group and sales).

From there it will take you to the log-in page that requires a user name and password to access the system:

User name: GLBTA (case sensitive)
Password: Chamber (case sensitive)

Once you enter the username and password it will take you to a welcome page, from there you can click on 'Select Events' where you can view the upcoming shows for groups. When you find the event that you would like to purchase tickets to simply click the white box to the left of that event, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Purchase Tickets’. You will then be prompted to enter the number of tickets you wish to purchase in a certain price level. It will then open another page where you will enter your payment information. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You can also mail a check (made out to C.S. World Arena) or pay with cash by coming to the World Arena by appointment only. The online system does not allow you to choose specific seat locations but there is a comment box that allows you to type in where you would wish to sit and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tickets can only be purchased at the discounted price by using the online group sales system or by calling Whitney Gonzalez, Group Sales Manager, at 719-477-2116 or whitney@worldarena.com . The discount is not offered at the box office and sales for a show will usually end one week prior to the event. After that time tickets can be purchased at full price at the box office or online through www.worldarena.com or www.pikespeakcenter.com.
