If you are using a generator or LP Gas, Propane, etc. Please print this form and return with your Vendor Agreement.
If you On-line Reservation Form is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your space assignment within 48 hours (normally within a few hours). You will also receive verification of the PrideFest Committee receiving your Vendor Agreement and payment. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us directly.
